This project by Design by M&M demonstrates a comprehensive three-story room addition and remodel, transforming a standard urban home into a multi-level haven. The addition, seamlessly integrated with the existing structure, features a modern gray exterior with contrasting blue trim, enhancing the home’s curb appeal. A newly constructed wooden balcony extends from the second floor, providing outdoor living space and panoramic views.
