For this San Francisco project, Design by M&M completed a major three-story room addition and full home remodeling project that expanded the property, updated the exterior, and transformed key interior living spaces. The work included a multi-level addition, exterior improvements, a new wood balcony and stair system, a remodeled kitchen, updated bathrooms, new finishes, and whole-home design upgrades.
The exterior was refreshed with a modern gray finish, blue trim accents, updated siding, and a newly built wood balcony that adds usable outdoor living space. The addition was designed to integrate with the existing structure while improving the home’s appearance, function, and long-term value.
Inside the home, the remodel included major updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, finishes, and overall layout. The kitchen was redesigned with updated cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and lighting, creating a more open and functional space for everyday living. The bathroom remodel included a large glass-enclosed shower, modern tile work, updated fixtures, and a cleaner, more polished design.
