For this Los Altos Hills kitchen remodeling and addition project, Design by M&M expanded the kitchen to create a larger, more open, and more functional main living area. The project included extending the kitchen, removing a structural wall, creating an open-concept layout, updating the fireplace, remodeling two additional bathrooms, replacing finishes, and painting the entire home.
A major goal of the project was to make the kitchen feel more spacious and better connected to the rest of the home. By removing a structural wall and opening up the layout, the kitchen became a more central gathering space with improved flow for cooking, dining, and everyday living. The kitchen was updated with new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, fixtures, appliances, and flooring, giving the space a cleaner and more modern design.
The remodel also extended beyond the kitchen. Design by M&M updated the fireplace area, remodeled two bathrooms, refreshed the flooring, and painted the full interior of the home so the renovated areas felt cohesive with the rest of the property.
